What’s behind the growth?
Ruslan Slatin, who performs under the name SLATIN, is a Russian-Spanish EDM producer and DJ. He's released three collaborative singles this year so far, teaming up with artists like Tommie Sunshine to help increase his US exposure.
Make U Sweat are a Brazilian trio of DJ-producers with an active following in top streaming cities, including São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Here, we can also see the importance of collaboration for streaming: their remix of "Hoje Eu Vou Parar Na Gaiola" by MC Livinho, a popular baile funk artist, was released on September 20th.
Brent Cobb is an American country music singer-songwriter who released his latest single, "Feet of the Ground", on September 13th. He received a Grammy Award nomination in 2018 for Best Americana Album.

Ever since she revealed the title of her upcoming album "Manic" on September 12th, and released single #2 "Graveyard," Hasley has seen a steady rise on Spotify. She's worked hard to keep fans excited, teasing lyrics and sharing behind-the-scenes content.
Maroon 5 released a new single, Memories, on September 20th. A music video for the song was released on the 25th. Since 2000, they've had 13 Billboard Top 10 hits, a rare feat for a modern band, as these charts are typically dominated by solo artists.
Lana Del Rey, blackbear, and El Alfa have all held onto their top act status for three weeks, supported new projects released in either late August or early September.
