Sales Operations Coordinator

Summary

Wavo is looking to hire a Sales Operations Coordinator who is excited to impact the company's productivity and loves reports and dashboards. Wavo is a data-driven marketing company that needs a motivated team member who is responsible for supporting our growing sales team, facilitating and improving sales visibility, and maintaining our salesforce dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure that the right tools are in place to drive sales productivity and maximum profits for the company

  • Analyze company metrics, provide relevant salesforce data, and manage dashboard reports

  • Monitor retention reports and give feedback on sales processes

  • Communicate and work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Ad Ops, and Dev teams

Qualifications and Experience

  • Eagerness to put in work behind the scenes

  • 1 - 2 year work experience in a similar role

  • Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or working in the backend of Salesforce.

  • Fluency in English (advanced written/verbal skills)
