Operations Manager

Summary

Wavo is seeking a dynamic team member to guide our operations team as an Operations Manager. As the company grows, Wavo increasingly needs spirited, organized, and strategy-driven leaders to review company-wide goals, increase communication and alignment between teams, and coordinate our hiring needs. As an Operations Manager you should be resilient and able to handle constantly shifting priorities. You will answer directly to the CEO and get to work with internal teams like Sales, Advertising Operations, Engineering, and Finance.


Responsibilities

  • Confidently jump into and boost fast-scaling company operations

  • Manage the operations team and help with process and efficiency gains company-wide

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring new staff across all departments

  • Encourage company culture, morale, performance, and goal setting


Qualifications and Experience

  • Passion to learn and grow in a space that inspires you

  • 2-3 years of related work experience

  • Experience chairing efficient meetings

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management Software

  • Fluency in English (advanced written/verbal skills)
