Wavo is looking for an ambitious self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can switch gears at the drop of a hat to head up the marketing department. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing, Communications & Outreach Coordinator will work closely alongside the heads of Design, Sales, Influencer Marketing, Finance and Ad Operations to develop and implement Wavo’s marketing, communications and outreach activities.
Generating content Wavo’s digital channels, including blog posts, case studies, ebooks, webinars, explainer videos
Coordinating key marketing activities including: PR, digital advertising, Industry newsletter and email marketing, trade shows and conferences.
Reporting on, providing analysis and implementing ongoing optimization of marketing channels and backing it up with data.
Researching, identifying and implementing new online traffic and customer acquisition/conversion opportunities.
Managing relationships with outside vendors like creative agencies, production companies and others as needed.
Maintaining Wavo’s marketing plan, with a focus on high growth revenue and ROI for marketing costs

1-3 years experience
Experience in a related field is a plus
